Upon valid payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on one device per license key. The license may be time-limited (monthly) or lifetime, as purchased.

3. Permitted Use

• Personal, single-player use on your own computer and your own game account.
• One active device per license (device binding can be reset).

4. Prohibited Use

• Reselling, sharing, sublicensing, or redistributing the Software or your license key.
• Reverse engineering, cracking, or circumventing the license protection.
• Using the Software to gain unfair advantage in online, ranked, or competitive modes where prohibited by the game.

5. No Affiliation

The Software is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of Task Bar Hero. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer & Risk

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Modifying game data may violate the game's own Terms of Service and could result in account penalties or bans. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account action taken against you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including lost game progress or banned accounts.

8. Payment & Refunds

Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT). As the Software is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience a genuine technical defect, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

9. Updates & Availability

Game updates may temporarily break functionality until a patch is released. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every game version.

10. Termination

We may revoke a license that violates these Terms (e.g. sharing, resale, fraud) without refund.
